1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Enclave Systems, you agree to be bound by these corporate terms of service.
2. Advisory Nature of Artificial Intelligence
WARNING: Enclave Systems utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) for predictive document classification. THESE PREDICTIONS ARE STRICTLY ADVISORY. AI models are fallible and can produce hallucinations or incorrect confidence scores. Enclave Systems assumes absolutely no liability for infrastructure damage, financial loss, or safety incidents resulting from unverified AI classifications.
3. Mandatory Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) Verification
The Customer is legally required to verify all AI outputs via the HITL Dashboard. An authorized human auditor must explicitly "Approve & Sign" every classification. This human sign-off transfers the compliance liability strictly to the Customer and the verifying Auditor.
4. EN 50128 Compliance
This platform serves as a tool to aid RAMS engineers. It does not automatically grant EN 50128 certification. The cryptographic audit trail proves the human verification process took place.
